Since its founding in 2003, MacKnight Associates is honored to have supported a variety of customers through many challenging assignments including:

- Development of US Government Agency Asset Management Plan to comply with Executive Order 13327
- International Services: Evaluation of third party outsourced FM services including full operational, cost, staffing and process review of twin 42-story high rises along with a 600-acre mixed-use development
- Strategic sourcing and of Environmental Management Services for an international financial organization
- Development of business continuity plans for corporations and non-profits.
- Assessment and evaluation for an international firm of the suitability of adopting an asset-based maintenance strategy modeled after the United Kingdom approach. Activities included recommendations for maintenance approach, strategic sourcing, and preventive maintenance.
- Call Center /Help desk assessment activities including: service delivery strategy, work flow, processes, procedures, IWMS utilization, customer satisfaction, customized scripts, and Automatic Call Distribution system utilization
